How many agents are part of the Leader Advantage Program?

Perfleek limits the number of agents and brokers that we work with in any specific area. We do this because most of the advertising we do works via a bidding process. The more clients we have in an area using the same strategy, keywords, and target audience, the more the campaigns cost. At the same time, it makes us less effective in delivering results. So once we believe an area is saturated, we move on and will not take additional clients.

How is this better than what I am already doing?

This depends on what you are currently doing. Perfleek takes a consultative approach in working with agents and brokers. In a nutshell, Perfleek will prioritize your goals and brand in everything we do. We use digital marketing strategies to make sure prospective clients remember your name and want to work with you when they are ready to buy or sell. We partner with you by sharing what we are doing and the results at every step in the process. We would love to hear what you are currently doing, and from there can provide more direction on how we can make your marketing dollars more effective.

Am I guaranteed leads? Do I have to pay if I do not get leads?

Perfleek focuses on long-term results through brand-building strategies so prospective clients will know and remember your name when it comes time for them to buy or sell. We are not focused exclusively on delivering leads. At the same time, we publish your direct contact information which makes it easy for prospective clients to reach you outside of our systems. So even though we do generate leads for agents and brokers in our program, we don’t bill by the number of leads. Instead, we believe the quality of work we do to build your brand will win you business in the end. It’s a quality versus quantity approach.

How often will my ad be shown? How much will you spend?

It depends on the package that you choose. Pricing is based on the audience you want to target and how aggressive you want to be with your marketing efforts. Check out which Package suits you best.

Where will my ads be running and how will I know how they are doing?

Perfleek will work to maximize your exposure based on your goals and budget. Through the onboarding and creative process, we will let you know what we plan for you. Once you subscribe to a package, you will have access to your content and a results dashboard at all times through our Agent Portal.

How does billing work?

 Once we decide on the leader advantage package that best suits your needs, we can take payment via Master card, Visa, or Discover.  Because we invest time and energy in building your marketing strategy, collecting assets, and implementing your plan, we do take payment upfront with the option to auto-renew each month.

Why do you need my social security number?

One of the channels we use is Google Verified or Screened. This is a program/badge through Google that helps you connect with those searching for real estate agents/brokers on Google. This badge tells potential clients you are s qualified and screened Google-backed business. Being Google Verified or Screened earns you trust from potential clients right away. It also gives them the confidence to work with you. Conditions for getting this badge vary depending on your state. Some states require a background check based on social security and your driver’s license.

Where do I see my leads?

After you choose a package and we take payment, then you will have access to your Agent Portal. Once in your Agent Portal, you can select Client List. On the Client List, you will be able to add your own clients there, and the leads that come from Perfleek will be added for you as well.
